Confirmed fulfillment. The event is documented, the prophetic connection is clear, the sources are authoritative.

Pope Leo is advancing his agenda through his Permanent Observer to the UN who said, "Any words or speech that intentionally provoke violence or hatred cannot 'claim the protection of liberty; rather it erodes the very conditions in which genuine freedom can flourish.'”
In an effort to make it seem like the Vatican is committed to acceptance and tolerance of all, which sounds like a good thing, he is saying that the UN should police all speech. How is free speech "free" if it is policed? That is the Newspeak of Orwell's 1984.
